I had a Pioneer deck and back up camera installed on my corvette. I don’t trust to many people to work on my car. After calling many places and looking up reviews, my intuition said choose this place. All I have to say is 10/10 service, price etc for Moe the owner. He is very knowledgeable and treated my car with care. 110 percent satisfaction!!!

Purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 and I have never seen such a basic radio (No blue tooth, Aux or anything). Dealership quoted well over $2000 to upgrade. Ottawa Car had me in and out within a day (on appointment) and for less than half the cost put in an amazing touch screen (Apple/Android play, back up camera, etc.) for less than half the price. For ANYTHING like this do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere else!Also the finished product looks like it was always there, still impressed with the finish. Picture is from today and it was installed over 6 months ago and still working perfectly!

Moe was so friendly and fun to chat with, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and the speakers had been humming and peaking for a while. Moe told me that this is a common problem with 2017 Elantras, and explained over the phone how he would replace the speakers with higher quality speakers, gave me a time and price estimate and was able to fit me in during the afternoon one week later. I work until 4pm but he was able to take me for 5pm, and it was a relief to not have to take time off work for the repair. Moe finished sooner than he thought he would, and the difference is phenomenal! The new speakers sound vastly better than my old ones ever did! I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. Moe is a genuine person who is clearly passionate about what he does, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

They installed a new Pioneer Deck with my backup cam, in which i had issues with a previous mechanic... They both told me about 2hours, which Ottawa Car Audio kept their word! Well installed and fixed trim damages that we're made by previous mechanic! Highly recommended and satisfaction! Thanks again!

Brought my cars to have them upgraded. The owner provides good service and has attention to detail. He does not give up when customer reports an issue which is great. Owner willing to work late hours to finish the job properly. In the past I have brought my cars to other shops and by far he is the best installer in town. Highly recommend.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Moe and Alex know exactly what they’re doing and have always charged fairly. You can stay and watch as they fix or install something on your car which makes it more comfortable for you. I have visited more than 3 times for different reasons and have always been pleased with the outcome. I would not go anywhere else, and I don’t plan too for my future installs/repairs. Moe was always very nice and trustworthy.1st time: Alex fixed my radio within 30 minute. Very happy with the results.2nd time: Got my cold air intake installed.
